The effects of Tea & Coffee

For the majority of us we enjoy a cup of tea or coffee because it’s what our parents drank.

What is only now beginning to be realized by some people, is not so much the harmful effects of the caffeine in tea & coffee, but that caffeine attacks the body in other ways.

The body has particular hormones that release the sugars into the bloodstream which can raise the heart rate and blood pressure.

Artificial stimulants when consumed in large amounts also leave residues that the body cannot get rid of. This can lead to neurological and renal problems and reduced blood flow to the extremities of the body.

It is safe to drink up to 3 average cups of tea without sugar per day.

Coffee in its various guises should be treated as a special treat and not consumed on a regular basis. The same applies to all carbonated drinks.

The only safe liquid to drink is Lords wonderful unadulterated water.
