The benefits of drinking water.
WATER
contains negative ions that are vital to keep our bodies functioning healthily.
Our bodies need WATER to move the electrolytes through the body
system to the muscles. Without WATER, the muscles become unbalanced from lack of electrical
impulse and eventually shut down.
The
remaining muscles are forced to overwork to compensate for those that have shut
down and eventually they too give up. This is a major contributing factor for
strokes.
